Interesting evening on stand

[Minnesota]

Tonight about an hour before dark, I had a big doe come into the woods I was sitting in. She went into the river to my right, and turned and came right behind my stand. could have shot her in the river, but was afraid she would run across the river to the neighbors land, so I passed. I watched her go straight across the river and up the hill on the other side. I stopped watching her when she got to the other side. After a few seconds I turned to see if I could see her, and as soon as I turned, I saw the window of a ground blind over there that I had no idea was there! About the same time I saw it, I heard THWACK!!! There was actually a guy and his son sitting in there, and he shot the doe. I heard the doe run off, and crash. I just thought th whole thing was kind of cool, I could hae shot her, but I actually helped the other guy harvest her.
