Just saw this in auction. Whats a good price for it.

Other pics included with it show no wear. I think its never been shot. Its super clean.

I'd agree, $400 especially if its never been fired.
Keep in mind, its a 1:30, not that its bad - just some folks always assume .45's are fast twist

From what I understand about bullet stability, bullet length is the limiting factor for twist rates. So a bullet that is full bore and relatively light should shoot just fine out of it. Plus look at what @Idaholewis has shown with a 1:48 twist Hawken/Renegade

I shoot 195 & 200 out of my 1:30, .45
My elite shoots better than I can that is for sure, never tried a heavier bullet personally. Often folks use long bullets that don't stabilize as well without really pushing them

The bolt looks like a mountaineer,
The barrel fluting looks like a mountaineer, and master hunter disc extreme,
It may be a parts gun, or may be a mountaineer wrongly advertised?

Pretty sure it is a DE - the bolt is the older Knight bolt body that would come with the MH.

And the barrel is to short to be a Mntneer.

Another thing the barrels on the new Mntneer series rifles are bored to tighter specs than the older barrel contract.
