Knight bare rifle conversion question

I’m new to the sight but not new to muzzleloaders. I’ve got a bare rifle conversion on my disc extreme and want to do the same on my original disc rifle. So to save money I’m going to put the disc extreme bolt and conversion in the original disc rifle and buy the mountaineer bolt body for the disc extreme. My question is will the mountaineer bare rifle bolt work in a disc extreme? Hopefully I’m not confusing anyone.

Yes and No. If you buy it from Knight and put in the notes its for a older DISC.....Yes

The 2 i have fit my older DISC but others had to have a small mod made for theirs to fit.

I’m looking to use the mountaineer bolt housing in the disc extreme, not the original disc rifle. I’m assuming there is some machining required to use it in the original disc rifle?

I bought the mountaineer bolt from SW and put it in my disc extreme. It fit perfect.
