So often we post negative comments about a company’s customer service but this time I wanted to give a quick shout-out and thanks to Knight for outstanding customer service!
After a recent hunt, I noticed the little bolt retainer assembly (part #M008462) had fallen out and was lost on my UL.
I contacted Knight on Tuesday via their on-line form and Wednesday Steve Bryan responded that he would ship one out to me that day.
I received the replacement part Friday on the west coast via FedEx.
You can’t do any better than that. Outstanding customer service!
