More problems with the Abu Garcia 276!

POS BROKE for good this time. My brother made a cast, a fish hit, and as he was reeling it in, he lost all drag and it wouldnt do anything at all. This is what i just found today :evil:

Pot metal wedged in tight so i can not just get a replacement part. I emailed AG and asked for a new reel and i am not paying to ship this turd back.

You should go to an open spool spinning reel Jon. Less trouble, and they cast farther. It's easy to learn to cast them.
