My nephew's first Muzzleloader Buck!

My 9 year old nephew just killed a nice buck this past Friday night (last day or Eastern NC ML'er season). The savage kicked him so hard he hit the back of the shooting house. His shot hit the mark though! The buck weighed in at 180 lbs.

I'm a very proud Uncle! Can't wait to take my son out with me. He's got a few more years before he'll be able to pull the trigger though.

Nice deer. Good shootin kid. Makes for some great memories. I will never forget my first one. He won't either.
