I sent my revolver back to RUGER on Tues and UPS brought it back to me yesterday. (4 DAYS UNBELIEVABLE) :!: :!: Ruger sent an overnight express tag to the UPS store 2 miles away and all I had to do is bring the gun in for shipping. :cheers: Customer service was great and so was the manager in the repair dept. :star: That lady helped me and made all the phone calls that were needed to get my revolver back to Ruger and then back to me. :star: :star: Only requirement was that on delivery day and adult had to sigh for it upon delivery. :!: :!: RUGER GETS :star: :star: :star: :star: :star:
Just got back from the range and I fired 150 LR's and had no problems. 8) Work order indicated that the hammer had to be replaced. :scratch:
