Lehigh Defense has bare primer plugs. About $39 shipped with the adapter for the bolt. Plug by itself is $16.50 plus shipping but it wont work with the old Knight NFPJ adapter. Lehigh ships pretty fast too and they make good stuff.
Have you tried cleaning your current plug with a drill bit? Hang fires are almost always the result of a plugged up flash channel. Only a bit will get the hardened carbon out completely.
Well, that is certainly odd then because even the Knight plug (with the brazed in vent liner) should ignite BH209 just fine if the flash channel was cleaned like i said.
DONT USE TRIPLE7 PRIMERS!!!!!! This has been covered at length to NOT use ML primers. Use a Standard Win209, MAG primers or you will keep having issues.
