ruger blackhawk .41 rem mag

Always wanted to take a deer with a handgun. The 41 mag. was a caliber I always looked at. Not too small or big.

You can hunt with that during muzzleloading season in Missouri according to oneshot.

Good choice. I have a 4 5/8" .41 mag Blackhawk I bought in 1968.

I have taken several deer with it and also with a Redhawk .41 mag and a 10" T/C Contender .41 mag.

Can you tell I like the .41 mag?

Other than a bow or black powder I have been a handgun hunter for about the last eight deer seasons. I got bored with hunting with a rifle and the handgun made deer hunting fun again.

Take your new gun to the range and find out what range you and the gun are capable of and let that be your limit.

Don't carry a rifle and the handgun or you will likely never kill a deer with the handgun.

Just go and have some fun.

Cool frank I might try to take a buck with it some day I mainly got it for meth monkeys lol :Wow:
