I'm unsure if I have a #11 or a 209 set up I just bought a knight lk93 and have never used a muzzleloader

That is a breech plug for the Red Full Plastic Jackets that hold 209 primers. I would suggest, removing the breech plug and giving that rifle a good cleaning, and put some oil on it.

Do some internet searches on shooting the RFPJ out of Knight plunger / striker fired model muzzleloaders, such as your LK93 Wolverine, Bighorn, etc,.

I had an American Knight with thw FPJ plug. Switched it out for a regular plug as I felt like my forehead was getting sand blasted with every shot. Needed a flat faced striker too. Got both the plug and striker from Knight at no charge.
Set it up with # 11 caps and was good to go. Fine little rifle! Enjoy!
