First time here and I already can't wait to hit the woods. Been hunting turkey and whitetails for 36 years. This saturday at the range will be first shots with inline muzzleloader. 
Little brother finally convinved me to extend season and come to Virginia for some black powder fun. Purchased (practically stole) a slightly used Knight Wolverine .50 cal. I have converted to 209 primers. I will start sighting in with 75 grains of 777 FFg powder and 245 grain Powderbelt Aerotip bullets. Will know in two weeks whether I can hit anything other than a target with it.
