What do you think? The proof marks look belgium to me.

Years ago I started a proof mark page for my own use, got side tracked and never finished the research - another project needed completed.

Take some chaulk and rub the proofmark, blow off the extra for a better picture or lightly rub off chaulk leaving chaulk in markings. New pictures.

Proof Marks can be tricky with the forgery that Belgium was known for in the later years - all about better known makers bring more money $$$.

The marks need to be clearer to really tell what you have Jonathan, for true value you don't guess when trying to figure a price.

the proof marks look to be ENGLISH to me, crossed scepters look very ENGLISH.
