My cell remains OFF most of the time. I have friends that use a cell phone exclusively with no land line.
That said, the majority of all robo calls these friends are getting on their cells, are Bloomberg robo calls. One person actually had a conversation with one of the Bloomberg robo callers, who wanted him to support Bloomberg. He told the robo caller that he rather go to China and lick doorknobs.
As much as the American public is tired of robo calls and now this.
