Filet but leave scales on and cut out rib cage bones. Spray meat side of filets with extra virgin olive oil then sprinkle filets with lemon juice and soy sauce until wet with both. Season with garlic pepper, Cajun Shake, onion salt, paprika and parsley flakes. Pre heat grill to 350-375 and place filets scale side down on grill for approximately 20-30 minutes depending on size of filets. You can tell if it is done if it flakes. Serve with your favorite sides and lots of sweet tea.
