Sasakatchewan Mulie Down

Just back from my mulie hunt in Sasakatchewan. No pics yet but another great hunt on the Sweet Grass Indian Reservation.
The load was 43 gr 5744 and 300 grain XTP. The shot was 125 yards and the big boy never took a step. another awesome experience.I shot him the last evening of the hunt, and the night pics sucked!

I havn't got this picture posting down yet I'll try again this weekend, however the 300 grain XTP was recovered weighing in at 271 grains, that is less than 10% yeild loss. Both shoulders were broken with the bullet protruding the far shoulder, the mulie was estimated at over 300#!
