Is there some place I can purchase a SS SAVAGE 10ML-II RECIEVER
without the stock and barrel? Only by adding a custom stock and barrel will this rifle possibly work for me.

In all seriousness, the short answer is no Ziton, but if you look around on the net you might find a blue/syn model on an auction you could use on your project.

If I'm not mistaken that is the part that requires the FFL because that's considered the "gun". So I would venture to say Savage wouldn't sell you one. Rman had some good advice though.

It is not a gun according to ATF regs. No forward lugs so it is not easy to convert to a rifle. If it was you could not order one via mail or UPS without an FFL.
