Sightron adjustment

These are different than anything else Ive seen on the turrets? the numbers are increasing ( ie: 1,2,3,4 etc). Are the adjustments 1/4 moa at 100 yards? #2 How do you set the adjustment to 0 once you have the scope sighted in ( so you know where your baseline is)?

Easy..Moving from NUMBER to NUMBER on the dial is one inch. Each CLICK is .25 inches at 100 yds. To MARK the adjustment..Move the outer dial while holding the center screw still.
