Which do you all prefer? A plate that hinges and stops on the same side of the mold, or opposite corners. I’ve always built my sprue plates to hinge and stop at opposite corners, such as the Accurate Mold on the left. This Lachmiller mould, (the rusty one on the right) is different. I’ve never used it, got it on ebay as part of a two mould package. I wanted the other one that was with it. The Lachmiller plate would be easier to build. Thoughts anyone???
