They show up on eBay from time to time. They are a but overpriced for what they are but somebody is buying them. I’ve seen them listed for $175

the one on Midway USA is discontinued

Try Track of the Wolf.  They have a very similar tang mounted peep site.

There are a few options out there, but unfortunately, the overall selection is limited. The main sights that you could consider would be the Lyman 57SML or Williams 1340 & 1342.
