O Omega45 Well-Known Member * Joined Feb 6, 2011 Messages 1,112 Reaction score 1 Dec 12, 2011 #4 Start with a small bit and work your way up to 1/8th bit spinning by hand. You can put some gun oil in there to loosen it up some. Just make sure you get all the oil out when done.

That might loosen things up a bit. If you were using Blackhorn 209, let it soak in Hoppe's #9 for a while.
