My wife Norma underwent her breast cancer surgery on Wednesday morning.
The procedure went well and the doctor was confident that he got everything.
They removed one limp node for testing. Hopefully the results will be negative.
We got back home this afternoon from Baylor Hospital in Plano, Texas.
She's doing good and not in a lot of pain.
We should get the lab results sometime next week.
My deepest thanks to all of you for your support.

Jim

Sorry I missed this thread deerman, glad things are looking good for your wife. I would rather go through 10 procedures than to have to see my wife go through 1. GOD is good.

This morning I emptied her surgical drains and recorded the amounts. We have to keep track until the drains are removed next Wednesday.
She wanted to take a shower, so I wrapped her upper body in Saran Wrap to keep the incisions dry. I have a lot of practice from wrapping vension, so I'm good at it, Lol. She was so happy.
