Hello from Tucson, Arizona. My name is Sean. I'm a new black powder rifle hunter and look forward to conversing with all of you.
What peaked my interest in black powder hunting was an article put out by Sportsman's Warehouse last March or so about the CVA Electra rifle however after reading a few comments on this board about this new rifle I instead went with a T/C Triumph 50 caliber in black/blue with a Nikon Omega 250BCD scope. I will be headed down to the range in a few weeks to sight her in.
My goal is to use this rifle for the first time in Oklahoma in mid November on a few sub 200 pound Boars which will be used for meat.
I'm looking forward to absorbing all the knowledge you guys and gals have put out there on this forum. It will be a great help
