I checked out the ones at TOW, seems they need a bit of tinkering to look like the one the OP posted.  Just a bit beyond my skill level!!

Mine too.
The OP said it was from the Contemporary Longrifle Association which is basically a guild of gunsmyths/craftsman/artisans that specialize in that type of work. 

That is why I'm going to start off on a Traditions kit, next a Pedersoli kit, and THEN a Jim Kibler flintlock longrifle.
