I have a nice Kodiak that is a tight gun, no slop when the action is dropped to prime or pull the plug. I've seen a couple that are quite loose and passed on them. I guess I'd want to be able to handle the gun to determine that the action is still crisp closing and opening and that slop is minimal. Plus the barrel would have to be spotless
