Arken is offering 25% off of all of their optics. They have everything in stock and they are supporting our military at the same time. I just recently purchased the 4 to 16 x 50 MOA. Absolutely incredible optic! Just wanted to share this and give everyone else a chance.

Code is NSF25%

They basically do what a $600 Athlon does for $200 less but the weight is a killer for me. I would risk a Midas Tac 4-14x44 FFP if they still had them for $400-450 but at over $600 now its just too much.

With the 25% off the $414.....thats a ton of scope....Well, over 2lbs of scope really :p

There is some weight but I don’t mind. It’s not that much more than a lot of 34mm tube optics & less than some. I had a Midas but I do like this Arken better.

i thought about one a few months ago because cyclops/joe is such a huge fan of them , but that reticle is WAY too busy for me .
but they dang sure have a lot of fans !

That is one of the reasons i like the Midas Tac...far less busy reticle and of course its MUCH lighter. The Helos 4-20x50 is about $575 on Amazon if illumination is a requirement......Still hard to argue though....That Arken provides a heckuva lot for the money. I just cant deal with that kinda weight unless its only for a bench gun.

It would be fine on my SavPac 45 conversion which is a pig of a rifle anyway.

the reticle on the diamondback HP you found me the deal on is juuuuuust riiiight for me .
and the $199 price was less than i was planning to spend .
i'm sure it doesn't have the glass quality of the midas or the arken ..... but it's better than the bushy AR i was gonna use with it with MUCH BETTER eye relief . and should be plenty adequate for my use

thanks again GM :)

For me the reticle is a non-issue. The only one I ever had a problem with was the Leupold Wind Plex. The ballistic windage lines on the cross hairs were constantly pulling my eye off the center. But that’s me. Everyone else has their own opinion & I always say Do what works best for you.
