Went to Academy

I went to Academy Sports to get a griddle and got a CVA Hunter 7mm-08 . I can raise it up and not hurt my shoulder . I can't wait to try it out. Does anyone shoot a 7mm-08?

My teenage daughter does... it's a great youth caliber too. She's taken a couple elk with it using a Barnes TSX.

It's a really good caliber. Lots of bullet choices and usually it's highly accurate. Good choice on your part.

I know it is deadly accurate out of a bolt action rifle and like Pato says lots of bullet choices.

7-08, 260, 6.5, are all basically the same & are just fantastic calibers. You'll never get rid of it
