What do you think the BHN would

Casting 100% pure lead Conical and as you dropped out of the mold you water quenched them in a bucket of water what do you think the BHN would be

Not much. More of a slight outside hardening.

And that extremely minor "hardening" will go away in days. Lead is just lead and the only real way to make it harder is to alloy it.
