Have not seen any black in this county in a while.  I just shoot T7 in my sidelock.  Shoots well, consistent, and not corrosive that I can tell.  

I like it cause the gun likes it!

Like many of the other posters, it depends on the gun. My percussion  sidelock, and flinters get either Goex, or Swiss. Some of my inlines my inlines prefer Pyrodex RS, while some get 777.
