2023 Michigan Bow Buck

I finally got a buck to commit to my rattling. Nice heavy 6 pt. Shot was 25 yds and he went about 200 yds.

Thank you Hausser. I have my second tag yet, which is a restricted tag (Buck must have 4pts on one antler to be legal). I hunted for most of the rifle season and did not see a legal buck. So I'm heading up tomorrow for the last 4 days of ML'er.

Thank you Deermanok! My bow is an older Golden Eagle "Iron Eagle". Its a great shooting bow.

I tell ya, its been a long time since I harvested a deer with my bow. I hunt hard every season, and I usally get a buck during gun season, but with the bow its such a challenge. I limit my shot range to 25 yds, making it even harder to fill a tag. This year marks my 43rd deer season.
