CVA Elkhorn musket cap nipple

Need help finding a muscle cat nipple for the CVA Elkhorn I ordered some, they screw into the breach plug fine but they are a hair too short for the firing pin to detonate the cap. If I unscrew it a little bit it works fine any ideas where I can get the longer nipple these are brand MSM. Any ideas would be appreciated

Worst case scenario, get a small o-ring to shim out the nipple.
As long as you know the thread size, you could check out Ampco nipples.
You could also check out deercreek products. They have a lot of old stock CVA parts.

I was able to go to Ace hardware and get a fiber washer that fit on it it just had to file it a little bit to make it smaller now it works but thank you for your idea
