I'm way to lazy for all that walking . I have a replaced knee and hip and I'm gonna have to get my other knee replaced at some point . I also have arthritis in my shoulder so I have a crossbow rather than a vertical . Building decks and wood fences took a toll on me but I'm still kicking

I'm having my right knee replaced in June.

both of my replacements have done very well for me . they we're both done by Dr. Wind in Richmond Va. and when i'm ready i'll have him do my other knee . the important thing is to move it as much as possible . move it or loose it as they say .
