Fury 320 gr. With or without wad?

I just purchased some Fury 320gr. .50 caliber bonded bullets. Being a flat based bullets, is it recommended to these with or without a wad. Shooting a Knight UL 50.

It is rare for a wad to make accuracy worse, but in most cases it'll help.
Try it with and without.
