Hi all! Was doing some research to get my old Winchester Apex back into action and found this site. I can see many hours of reading in my future to get up to speed with all of the changes that have happened since my last foray into the muzzleloading world in the early 2000s.

Welcome back! Take your time, read thru all your willing too, take it slow, and use the search function to find answers to your questions, BUT, if you don't find an answer, or if something is confusing, ask away. We all here are willing to help you out all we can.

Now, go thru your rifle, make sure everything is in order before you go to the range only to find problems. Yes things have changed a lot since the early 2000's but what worked then still works to this very day. You have a good rifle there.
