I've had a low down awful bad egg sucking day.  I'm low.  Really low.  Nothing personal.  Just work related.  But still.

If you have a moment and the inclination, I could use a lift up prayer.

What ever it is thats going on, is only temporary and will work it self out eventually. A job shouldn't get you that low IMO.

i'm certainly glad it's not personal 'Smoke.  Personal lows affect everything.

I've found company with or talking to those close in your life about anything but work helps.  Also try doing something you like to take your mind off the issue.

I understand lows over a job very well.  I got laid off in a management "downsizing" after 26 years and my wife cried for two days.  But like Jon said it's temporary.  When I look back now it was only one event in my life.  It seems rather insignificant now and something that I almost forgot about.
