Boy, I got myself in deep on this one. My buddy who takes me rabbit hunting asked me to look at a MZ. Its his brothers and I hear stories pretty regular how his brother borrows a lot of his stuff but he always has to go get it back and its never well taken care of. None of my business so I stay out of it.
Anyway, its the shotgun named above but has an insert to a 45 caliber in it. Soldered in a presume. Well, the first problem is he lost the breech plug. The OD of the plug is .45 as near as I can measure it.
How do I find a breech plug for this gun????
The next problem is his brother wants to mount a scope. Well, there are 4 tapped holes in the barrel and guess what???? I have the mounts and the screws that fit.
So any help tracking down a breech plug would be great.
