Here's my target 10/22 build (golf balls at 150 yards are fun as are 1/5 scale sillywet rams at 200), I did some networking for a buddy who had done some air brushing in the 70s and still had his equipment. Handed him the unfinished Boyds stock and said "do it to it"

Just like flames on a car or motorcycle add 10% more horsepower, they will also increase your MV by 10%. Nuthin like lookin cool & goin fast I say.
