The pain........................
Still don't understand your emetic con. Are you in pain? Sorry.

My problem is that I can barely see a deer at 100yds, let alone place a killing shot. I am 80 plus.

Someone else suggested that I get my drilling tapped and mount a red dot. In the very unlikely I ever decides to sell it, pull the bases and replace the screws flat with the rib.

No............. What's killing me is putting a scope on that beautiful firearm.
I think I understand. But I AM putting a scope on it. I also have a Sauer Drilling and a Collath on the way. Combo Cape gun. 20Ga and 10.3x60R rifle. I do have the dies to reload.

I would like to see guns you shoot?

I spend more time shooting this muzzleloader at long range than any other firearm.................

No photos and in the safe............
I shoot a 1931 Model 12 Trap
A number of 22lr
And a lot of pistol.

I've handed down a lot of firearms to youngsters in the family. Well, they're no longer youngsters today.
