Took my 760 .35 Remington out today. 2 loads, same powder/charge, 45 grains Hodgdon LVR.
It was a touch breezy, did the best I could. Had one shot I SO wish I had back...
First up is the 200 grain Core Lokts.
Next are the Hornady 200 grain round noses.
Clearly, my 760 is nicely accurate.
Supposedly, pump rifles and brush rounds like the .35 aren't too accurate.
Glad I never told her this!
I've said for a while now, shoot a " bullet hose" like it's a target rifle and you'll usually be rewarded for the effort. Shoot a target rifle like it's a bullet hose, and it will be.
DANG! I want that shot back...

I have one in 270 Win it shoots as good as most bolt actions it is my Hog gun but I also killed a nice deer with it this year . One shot and it just fell down in its tracks also we are enjoying the meat I harvested with this rifle

Just remembered I once made a insert for a 12 gauge shotgun from a Remington 308 barrel and it was a gun that grouped as good as any rifle I have ever owned also the shotgun was equipped with a scope
