Smokeless advice

Need some help and new to the smokeless game. Looking into a smokeless 26” barrel in 45cal for an Omega build. I plan on shooting sabots, which twist rate would guys recommend? The barrel is offered in 1-18 twist or 1-24 twist. Any advice is appreciated

My 18 twist Omega Barrel from Woodman shot every sabot load from 185 to 250 that I put in it 40 cal bullets in the light blue,,, if you do a search on here you'll see the groups and comments on that,, four different bullets all less than a half inch three shot groups

Fury 225 with the black tip Fury 240 OT and fury 250 black tip all 40 cal also 200 grain bullets phenomenal groups,for plastic
