T/C side hammer extension

Got my new Omega up and ready to go.Except,the rail mount that is on Mark Woodman's barrel doesn't allow my scope rings high enough to get my thumbunder the scope enough to cock the hammer.Is there a hammer extension that would fit the Omega hammer so that I can cock the gun?I know cva and t/c makes one for their muzzleloaders and hope one might fit the Omega hammer.

Can you even open an Omega with a hammer spur on it?

From what I saw there should not be a problem.Just can't get my thumb under the hammer.Do not want to go with higher rings.

From all my research t/c does not make one for the Omega.They say that the spur slows down the hammer and doen't strike the primer hard enough to ignite the powder. Gues I will cut out my thumb on my glove as well as on my trigger finger.
