The 52 cal.

Looking for a 47 caliber with a 1 in 21 twist.
Never will understand what is spose to be so magic about 52 caliber.

Agreed. The inline .54 died out because "the .50 can anything the .54 can". But were supposed to believe that the .52 has some special magic? I'm amazed Knight has hung on to it. How many .50's to they sell for every .52? 100?

As stated previously, instead of going the .52 route take the .50 route and increase the rate of twist.

I’ve tried to encourage them to make a 58cal.

With a 58 you can use a slow twist 1:72 or 1:78:for heavy bullets in the 600:gr range

I was thinking more RB 58 (280gr), similar weight and velocity. For 100yds & under - I’d take the 58.

Right plus even with the slow twist you could still choose a heavy conical or a round ball if you wanted. I believe my Enfield is a 1:78 . Either round ball or a 600 gr conical work in it

pretty good results with a 577 minie 1:78 twist
50 yd and 100 yd.

That vidoe is the reason i had to have one. Once i watched it i knew that i couldnt live without one .

i have a custom colerain 58 cal barrel in a renegade stock with a 1 in 32 twist. It shoots 600 grain conicals very well. I made it so I could bring enough gun,
