209 Primers

What brand of 209 primers do you guy's use? Just wondering if there are some that are better then others. I will be using Tripple 7 if that helps. Thanks :yeah:

I use Win primers. Some have problems with them sticking but I don't.

For the most part I use CCI 209s but I've used most brands/types at one time or another.

Guy's, Thanks for the reply's it is much appreciated. The two brands of primers that are available here locally are the ones that Remington puts out for muzzleloaders and the ones that Hogdon put's out for the Tripple 7. Which one of the two do you think would be good for me to start out with? Thanks!!!

IMO- Federal 209A are the best 777 primers to use.

I use the Rem Kleanbores with good results.

I have found that the 777 primers work well out of my Encore with 250gr bonded easy glide SW's and 150 gr 777 pellets.
