Midway has a free hazmat for powder and primers and granted I am in birthday pricing but if you go to cabelas, 10oz is $50 bucks now even if you pick it up. $46.65 a lb 80 oz @2.91 an oz delivered. Cabelas is 5 bucks an ounce in store.
