Seen an add for Aimpoint in a magazine but have not seen one in person.
Anybody have some experience with this brand?
What price range are they in?

My wife has one on her .45 Rossi. They are the best you can buy, no doubt about that. She loves it. What she really likes is the fact that they are totally parralax free, so that you don't have to worry about centering the red dot. Wherever that dot is in the scope you are on target.

The cheapest model I could find was on the net. $292.00, which included shipping, so they are expensive little buggers. If your interested I could probably dig up the site I bought it off of.

How great a distance is the Aimpoint good for, I got a Sightron 2.5x10-44.
I practice shooting alot between 100 & 150 yds and I wondering how a red dot would work at that distance?

My wife shoots it at 100 yards just fine. The red-dot is supposed to cover a 4 inch circle at 100 yards, you can get the dots bigger if you want.

She's never shot it at 150, but I wouldn't see any problem doing so.
