I may have some pics to put up this weekend of what I'm bringing. You think Patricks looks Yummy...what till you see mine. It will be fresh off the hoof/uncooked though.... prior to freezing. :lol:

LOL Ed!! We are still only talkin Breakfast with over a week to go!! Gotta take first things first. Who said anything about Huntin! :lol:

Last weekend I saw a beautiful Hog Maw already stuffed with taters & sausage and sowed up at our farmers market. It was tempting. Very nice....lil larger than a football.

Chief, it aint as bad as it sounds or tastes. :lol:
