Cva 45/70 scout, to a smokeless ML

Hello all, I just won a cva scout in 45/70 on gunbroker. I got it with full intention of making a smokeless muzzleloader, my question is who does the work ? Anyone have one and want to share what you've done/ learned...im all ears

Last i heard Hankins has a huge back log and does not convert yours....he sells them already converted.
