CVA Optima Trigger Problem

Any Experience/knowledge would be appreciated. When I pull the hammer back the trigger will not set. If I break the gun or take the breech out and cock the trigger it sets just fine and will release when the trigger is p

Have you tightened the breech plug with the wrench tool yet? Sounds like not. Have to do it once when its new(breechplug) or that can happen.
