CVA Variflame Con. Kit

I have only found CVA AC1737 UPC 043125117376 which is Stainless Steel. The picture shows a Nitiride plug but it isn't. Does anyone know where I can get a Nitiride Breach Plug Variflame Conversion Kit for a CVA Accura Mountain Rifle?

Form my understanding the plugs are not actually nitride treated even though they are black.

I was reading that info in this link. Kinda funny cuz it says that it replaces the rifling with a smoothbore so the sprue wont rub giving greater concentricity?!? Idk what they are talking about but the VF kit works well in my Accura LR.

That's odd Ron, wonder why they changed it to only the -X models. Previously the same part number was for any QRBP CVA rifle,. I have a couple for my Optima V2 and for the MR-X. Also have a spare one just in case.

So is your breach plugs black or stainless stain?

They are all stainless. The MR-X is black stock with a stainless barrel.
