First walk with the flintlock

Went for an afternoon stalk with the flintlock today. Got busted on my first stalk, but found another and managed to sneak into 20 yards. The rest is history!

Im glad our bunnies dont get that big here. They already eat everything and my pellet gun might not be up to the task on Harezilla's

In the states I think we only have rabbits that big out west. I've seen some jumbo's in Ok huntin with my brother when he was stationed out there. England & Germany have some big freakin Jackrabbits too.

Hares are more closely related to your Jack Rabbits than rabbits. I guess they're probably a similar size?

Not great table fare, but dogs go crazy for them.

Just need to get some rabbits for myself.
