any one here like to hunt squirrels ? i used to go 4 times a week until i moved . its my favorite animal to hunt . and the taste great too :) .

squirells

Grew up huntin them things in Okla. I loved it, Good eatin also. Used an old single shot marlin that was my Dads. The gun is well over 70 years old and one my favorite keepsakes. Have not hunted squirells for over 20 years now since I moved to Western NE. Shoot a lot of sun dogs, probably not gonna eat one of them. No one up hear hunts squirells and cleaning them is a whole lot easier with two people. Glad to hear someone is still doin it. Nice rigs, should do the job just fineWayles

thanks . its not to bad to clean squirrels by ones self . if you skin it the easy way takes all of a coupe minutes to skin and gut one . sometimes i clean them before leaving the woods and put them in a small cooler . depends on if its a hot day or not .
